    The challengesVery indecisive management. Changes minds every now and then. Poor decision making by the management. More efforts are wasted because of the pickle mindset management.

    Don't stress yourself for a company who doesn't care about its employees

    The challenges- High number of employees are resigning, some just vanish without notice. - Micromanagement, the boss listens but will disregard opinions afterwards. - Late salary. - Management thinks what you do is always easy and pushes you to shorten timelines even if it’s impossible and blames you when something goes wrong.

    The challenges- Politics at its finest - No heart for people - Management only thinks about what they can gain, making things easy for their employee are non of their business - Management is hard headed, non-compassionate, thinks they are always right and sacrifices welfare of employees for their gain
