    The good thingsFirst Director is very friendly and young. She cares about her staff, a good listener. Other Director, kind of \"I PAY YOU, YOU MUST DO\" until you have to do tasks which are far away from your role. The bonus is just for selected staff with the amount is not calculate by appraisal. But actually, they are very kind also a nice in person.
    The challengesThe employer should care about their staff (what they can do and cannot do). The company should have a proper staff and work management. Benefit and bonus should be fair to all staff.
