    Not a Becon light for incumbent employees. Welcomes during initially years are highly sugarcoated.
    The good thingsPerks of annual dinner & advance leave allowed. Work is monotonous. Company's preexisting system from preceeding ex-managers are clockwork & well-developed.
    The challengesStaffs’ future, job advancement, & opportunities for learning skill are pretty bleak. Threshold are set below economia standards / relatively absent. It's employees has tendancy to be disruptive and unruly. Generally conversations are unconstrained and without substance & unsupportive environment.

    The good things1) Challenging with using not so updated computer software to work but maximise the task result. 2) Friendly colleagues.

    The good thingsHelpful HOD & harmonise working environment. HOD & seniors always gave constructive advice and guidance. Got rewarded as promised when meeting KPI.

    The challengesHigh turnover rate. Salary doesn't add up to the amount of work assigned to staff. Hiring process takes months to complete. Increment and bonus are lower than market price.
