    The challengescut people and keep taking more work. if angkat bosses, can get away not doing so much work. weak performers get to stay and many good people leave. everything is politic. talk must be careful else bosses don't like how you talk tomorrow you can kiss job byebye.

    Everything is manual. For a company which has been established almost/more than 30years, I do not think this is healthy.
    The good thingsRelationship between colleagues, are like family. This is the only reason make me stay till now.

    The good thingsNice and friendly colleagues. You get a lot of autonomy and flexibility. They have some good systems to support your work. They believe in automation and improvement. You get to involve in global projects and interact with colleagues from other countries. Most of the leaders are very humble and down to earth. No bossy leaders.
    The challengesSlow decision making in taking appropriate action. This can impact performance and even backfire an outcome. Most people are very stretched and keep taking up more responsibilities because of cost and headcount control. Very political company.

    Overloaded
    The good thingsIt's a great experience to work across department, get to learn from the experienced. Some of the managers are really motivated and considerate. Really great company to gain experience.
    The challengesToo overloaded and stressful. Limited manpower but a lot of works need to be done, leaving everyone exhausted and stressful. Suitable for those workaholic cause you will definitely need to be there over the weekend
