    political, otherwise ok
    The good thingson the surface, nice work environment and friendly people. empowered and flexible. benefits and salary quite ok compare to many shared service.
    The challengescut people and keep taking more work. if angkat bosses, can get away not doing so much work. weak performers get to stay and many good people leave. everything is politic. talk must be careful else bosses don't like how you talk tomorrow you can kiss job byebye.
