A journey of growth at Starbucks built on teamwork, meaningful connections, and continuous learning.
The good thingsI have enjoyed building good relationships and working closely with different people. I like being able to communicate clearly and have open discussions to move things forward. I also enjoy solving problems and handling challenges, as it helps me learn and improve.
The challengesDifferent people have different views, expectations, and ways of working, which can sometimes be challenging. It requires patience and clear communication to stay aligned. At the same time, these differences help us think more broadly and make better decisions.

The most terrible f&b to work
The good thingsLocation is good. Benefits is okay. Team member is great
The challengesThe top management in this company have an outdated mindset and did not take care of their people. They are never genuine with their words and action and always find faults and will only promote people who are willing to be the yes man. Oh and you will never get a work life balance because this company will use WhatsApp for communication 24 hrs and won't care if you are off or not. They treat people like robots
