It depends on which project you are in.
The good thingsI've been working with PRC company and most of it I've experience quite bad experience. Unlike this company, even it seems "Low Salary" and "Low benefit" for other people, but for me this company is well balanced. I do appreciate this company provide annual gifts, average annual dinner, festive & appreciation gifts. Also, the staff and management level are not biased and openly accept criticism.
The challengesSpoon in the pantry always gone. But, it seems not much challenges for current project I'm in. Opportunities for career development is not much. That's all I could say the challenges.

Outsourcing company, you might get sacked randomly. Limited career development. No performance review.
The good things- Fully WFH. - You might be free all day without any things to do. - OT get claimed. - AIA Medical insurance.
The challenges- No performance review. Get treated as low, normal performance employee even though you performed well. - No career development. They only want you to satisfy the client, wont consider your career growth. - Low pay. Get promotion and have more tasks, but no increment in salary. - OT everyday. Require to work during public holiday too. - Poor management. You still can see poor performance employee still working in the office happily.
