A Business Administration or a Master's degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, project management, or a related role within the renewable energy sector, with a successful track record of delivering results.Renewable Energy Expertise: In-depth knowledge of various renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, and industry trends.Network and Relationships: A well-established network of contacts within the renewable energy industry, including investors, technology providers, developers, and government officials.Strategic Vision: Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities while aligning with the company's long-term objectives.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex ideas to diverse audiences.Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to lead negotiations and close deals that drive business growth. Must be familiar with various EPC contracts.Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-maker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, embracing change and innovation.Language: Proficiency in English & Bahasa Melayu is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Location: This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, with travel required for industry project visits.
