    Less than 1 year in the role, current employee
    Lots of knowledge to gain, but poor management.
    The good thingsObtaining knowledge on operating machines is very easy as most of employees always help during learning process.
    The challengesPoor management of employees. Not extra allowance either for executive or non-executive position. Low paid salary with low increment. No cooperation in solving problems, more like to blame people for doing mistakes.
