    The good thingsThe work colleague is friendly and understanding.
    The challengesThe salary is inappropriate, the organization and work scope is unsystematic that you often had to do grunt work outside of your job scope position . Not open to healthy argument as all decision is set from top boss only. Very low manpower, expect that you had to finish your job by yourself.
