The challengesToxic management. Toxic boss. Too much workload. Need to manage for 3 companies!! But the salary is low. No career development at all.

Good company for people who wants great achievement in life.

The good thingsManagement was supportive and provided ample feedback for corrective actions. Good place to work at if you want to achieve in life. Has great opportunities to push yourself to the limit and be rewarded for it. Business owners trust their employees very much. Just don't abuse the trust and conduct illegal activities as you will be handed over to the police.

The challengesCompany has very high standards as it is headquartered in Singapore. No suitable for people who wants to moonlight and do your own business during working hours. However, if you are willing to learn and can keep up with the working pace, this is a great company to hone your skills. Management is very supportive and is willing to help and provide advise. But you must take corrective actions.
