    I have learnt how to handle customer. From there i saw some client difficult to follow my instructions .

    The challengesSome client didn't pick up the phone. Some of them don't want listen my explaintion. Diffucult deal with custome through the phone because i as a telemarketer. Sometimes they know we are collecting their loan and they unable to make payment.
