Penang Island PenangLess than 1 year in the role, current employee
Terrible workload and need to work extra time without extra salary.
The good thingsWork from home and good salary
The challengesNeed to work overtime without paying the OT. Sometime you still need to work in public holiday without paying the overtime as stated in labor law. What is not acceptable sometime your manager still assign cases to be done even if your annual leaves have been approved.

    Unprofessional and terrible work environment
The good thingsPeers are helpful and helped when asked.
The challenges- Inefficient training models - Unprofessional language use from team leader and supervisor - Weak management and favouritism - Hostile and unprofessional team leader and supervisors led to forced resignation Management needs to step up to handle b*llying and unprofessional ethics among team leaders and supervisors which do not comply with the company's ethical codes.
