Terrible workload and need to work extra time without extra salary.

The good thingsWork from home and good salary

The challengesNeed to work overtime without paying the OT. Sometime you still need to work in public holiday without paying the overtime as stated in labor law. What is not acceptable sometime your manager still assign cases to be done even if your annual leaves have been approved.

Peace working culture and work independently on each entity 4. Triple times of pay if OT during PH/ double times of pay if OT during the weekend 5. Beautiful and clean co-working office place 6. Work-life balance

The challenges1. Short TAT and Heavy workload due to the volume of cases 2. Career advancement opportunities are always available but have a limited headcount. 3.
