Sales Manager's competency is highly questionable, not taking responsibility, bad review from clientThe good thingsI am thankful for the professional work guidance from certain employees where I had to frequently ask. Some of them are approachable, while some of them are working based off their moods.
The challengesIrrelevant feed backs from sales manager, baseless micro-management, seems biased in terms of handling issues. There are instance where irrelevant feed backs are given for example, when requested the reference of certain items, the sales manager replied with "it is based on my experience". Other issues include, my work was to organised the newspaper in the morning. When it comes to getting a review from the sales manager, it seems like the manager doesn't know, where they will constantly change the narratives. On a side note, this is an MNC, but the systems is old, using manual ways to conduct the jobs. When I gave a suggestion on how to improve, it was deemed tedious. Another challenges was, this issue was raised to the GM, but the problem was not handled fairly. It always seems like the GM is siding with the sales manager. Overall, this position has no career growth, I was given task outside from my Job Description.
