Sales Manager's competency is highly questionable, not taking responsibility, bad review from client
The good thingsI am thankful for the professional work guidance from certain employees where I had to frequently ask. Some of them are approachable, while some of them are working based off their moods.
The challengesIrrelevant feed backs from sales manager, baseless micro-management, seems biased in terms of handling issues. There are instance where irrelevant feed backs are given for example, when requested the reference of certain items, the sales manager replied with "it is based on my experience". Other issues include, my work was to organised the newspaper in the morning. When it comes to getting a review from the sales manager, it seems like the manager doesn't know, where they will constantly change the narratives. On a side note, this is an MNC, but the systems is old, using manual ways to conduct the jobs. When I gave a suggestion on how to improve, it was deemed tedious. Another challenges was, this issue was raised to the GM, but the problem was not handled fairly. It always seems like the GM is siding with the sales manager. Overall, this position has no career growth, I was given task outside from my Job Description.

The Sales Executive role has faced ongoing challenges over the past years, with more than three people leaving the position due to poor management. Despite having a team of capable and talented individuals, their growth and performance are held back by ineffective leadership, frequent managerial changes, micromanagement, and irrelevant feedback—particularly during the probation period. The lack of structure and clear direction continues to impact the department's overall effectiveness and sales outcomes.
The good thingsThe organization offers a supportive and collaborative environment with friendly colleagues, provides valuable knowledge, and ensures great exposure to diverse experiences and learning opportunities.
The challengesThe Sales Executive position is hindered by poor managerial engagement, with limited support and ineffective communication from leadership. New hires often receive irrelevant or unhelpful feedback, especially during the probation period, and there is a noticeable lack of guidance and structure.

Good company to gain experience for short-term only
The good thingsSafety of employees and all concerned are being prioritized. Good products being offered. Other than the above average salary and perks, there's nothing much to shout about.
The challengesNo transparency at all from management or leaders. No teamwork and basically you're left alone to dwell on what's coming. Be prepared for a mentally and physically challenged job and reports to different bosses. Company directions are always changing as high turnover on all levels at different departments. No work-life balance as deadlines are given with limited time and the amount of reporting e-paperwork are endless. Major upgrade and improvement of internal systems and processes are required to fit current workplace speed and efficiency. Trying to believe that product quality can be improved.

Overall a Great Place to Work and Grow.
The good thingsThe sense of community, shared responsibility and adequate support to get the job done.
The challengesSome sense of obstruction due to business processes and the need to be absolutely certain before a decision is made.

The good thingsa lot of excellent knowledge and skillful team in the Manufacturing team which can solve almost all the problem and issues with minimal help from outside of the organization
The challengessuper micromanaging with terrible blaming culture. rather hiring new talent for managerial position rather than promoting existing employees. rather trusting outsider (Expat) than internal team even the internal team that solving things. oh ya, this is only because of the one person

    Disorganized and lacking direction
The good thingsAt least some semblance of work life balance and the company does emphasise the importance of a safety-focused culture which is great for employees in a manufacturing environment. People are friendly and nice in general.
The challengesExtreme focus on cost-cutting leading to some employees feeling uncertain about their future here. Lack of regular communication about company strategy and direction from the senior management team. Pay and fringe benefits are average for an MNC - if there is an opportunity to move elsewhere, definitely worth your while moving out.

    The Best Working Environment
The good thingsI was able to learn so many things here. My VP Manager had make sure that i learned every part of HR and my supervisors helped me a lot in guiding me to perform my task. I had a lot of good memories while working here. The environment here is really nice and colleagues are super friendly. The best part of this organization is that they are into diversity and employees here are from all the races and free from discrimination. i really loved working here and hope to continue working here in future if there is a chance.
The challengesThere is nothing that i would say it was a challenge to me as managers here are really understanding and they never push you to the extreme that it stresses the employee up. I faced normal challenges that every employee faces which is meeting the deadlines and completing work with excellence.

    Good company
The good thingsWith my previous company, I greatly admired their support and desire for growth in their employees. I was privileged to be able to take advantage of their in-house training and their flexible scheduling.
The challengesI really enjoyed working for my previous company and appreciated the great people and overall atmosphere. As my time in that position drew to a close, I gave this question a lot of thought. I’m looking forward to collaborating and working together with friends and colleagues again.

    Company with huge prospect
The good thingsThe working environment is excellent. Safety is the biggest priority when working here as this a leading company in steel manufacturing in the company. Have had the opportunity to work with some of the great team leaders available and gain lots of knowledge and experience from their sharing. Therefore, as a conclusion, I really enjoyed working with these awesome people in the company.
The challengesThe business process of the company was difficult to start with as I had no seniors to guide me through. There were no training provided therefore I had to depend on my own to scrap for information when dealing with issues raised from the clients, whether internally or externally. This is due to the fact that my job scope requires me to solve all problems that come my way.
