    The good thingsa lot of excellent knowledge and skillful team in the Manufacturing team which can solve almost all the problem and issues with minimal help from outside of the organization
    The challengessuper micromanaging with terrible blaming culture. rather hiring new talent for managerial position rather than promoting existing employees. rather trusting outsider (Expat) than internal team even the internal team that solving things. oh ya, this is only because of the one person
