    Poor Management and low pay
    The good thingsThe Company able to provide you a diversify portfolio for you to gain your experience and the hybrid working mode and medical benefit is good
    The challengesThe company middle management has overpower which cause unsatisfactory from the lower management. Most of the middle management is experience but has not able to accept the new thing on the technology and has no knowledge on the team building. The pay is low mostly control by the DRO not based on your workload and effort.

    The good things1. Steep learning curve - You can learn a lot for your future career 2. Good office, conducive and comfortable 3. Care for the employees especially during covid. WFH with WFH benefits, etc. 4. Exposure to a lot of big companies in the region. Bosses give employees opportunities to shine
    The challenges1. A very political company. Don't work well with different departments. Everyone is saving their positions. 2. Bonus is low 3. Little to no increment 4. Low career progression

    Good finance boss in kl, poor learning curve/ no career development
    The good thingsGood new finance boss joined us in august 2020.
    The challengesThis company likes to work overtime. Poor finance systens to use, lack of accuracy and need to reconcile in most of the time . No proper handover from previous task owners, they just quickly handover and eXpect the new candidates to do the work without further guidance, i lost for a few months and it was good to leave.

    The challengesMicro manage management, have weekly meeting and daily meeting. The management not professional. No work life balance. Every day work until 11pm. Management expected the employee to work during weekend or expected to response the email/msg during off day

    The challengesEnvironment isn't so good for gen y. Not vibrant and young. Mostly old people, very lack of young people. So if you want an environment that is very strong, vibrant and young. This is not the place.
