    It's good to someone who want to experience and want to know how actually tea are produce.
    The good thingsA really good workmate are really humble and help each other. The employer really doing well with their workers welfare.
    The challengesA bit tired especially for women because the work a bit weight. Hence, sometimes really a stressfull because just in case we can't reach a indent or target for that month so that production need to do overtime work. But sometimes it's good because we can get more money by doing the overtime work. Just enjoying the work because it's balancing between work and our personal life. Being scold by the employer it's a normal thing in work.

    The good thingsThis is totally new career since my background is IT. I lean a lot on management. Learn new skills and gain new knowledge with experience. Knowing many type of people with difference kind of working skills. Get to know to many type of products and machines. Get new knowledge on machines, products, environments, peoples, managements skill, managing people & train them to get to work. Great.
    The challengesTotally new environment with different skills to be learn. To get know many type of products with their procedures. New machines with different type of spec to be learn and know about it. The people need to be given training and knowledge every time there are new product to be launch in the market & also when ever there are new machine arrived.
