    Learn a lot of project skills and get to know about boiler
    The good thingsLearn project management skills, learn a lot of skills such as electrical, piping, materials and etc. A growing company and need a lot of hard work while serving for the company but you could really learn a lot.
    The challengesSalary hike slow and confident level from management in the company not as expected. Employee advantage have to be prioritize.

    A very good company
    The good thingsThe managers are very helpful and also with other people. They help each other as we worked together. They balance work & social life as they organized many social events due to celebration day, birthdays, company trips, team buildings, once a month feast and etc. The benefits (bonus, increment, medical and etc.) also great. Happy and good environment.
    The challengesThe pressure of the work itself. If you have a very good knowledge in what you are doing, you might have no problem working the job you choose.
