    The good thingsEverything are from scratch, so you will learn a lot of new things. Friendly and supportive colleague.
    The challengesConstantly Changing Strategy lead to chaos in operation level ( employee dissatisfaction, doesn't know what to do ) Lack of manpower to support daily operation or commit to strategy change in some department / operation level. Lower Pay and Benefit offered. Lack of proper Guidance from superior ( some department, not all )

    The good thingsI have been giving a tough training to prepare myself especially in retails and customer service . Working in a very superb environment and the management were totally help you to build your career here . You are giving more chances of how you want to work and flexible time adjusted .
