    Good work life balance
    The good thingsThings I like working here is having work-life balance culture which normally is unavailable in corporate companies. Enjoy the flexi hours practice.
    The challengesCompany still not embracing new norm of hybrid work mode, only working in office. also high adaptability required as top management change decisions regularly

    Good company with great potential...
    The good things- The Management team has "evolved" from the previous. A good mix of Management team with the newer ones bringing in new changes and professionaism. - Friendly and wonderful colleagues. - Financially strong company. Rewarded the enployees with increment and bonus even after the 2 years impact from the pandemic. - HR and Finance seems to work well together. Not like in many other companies.
    The challenges- Some from the Management team needs to manage their own pride and stop talking about the past. But most of the Management team are good. - Some of the benefits should be improved, and aligned.

    Management staff should improve working attitude
    The good thingsFriendly warehouse staff & colleagues, they are helpful than managers and will guide you clearly in job tasks.
    The challengesThis company full of old managers and managements that are waiting to retirement, they won't listen for your requests, your problems & what you are facing, they just want to keep their workload zero and easy. Basically, they are not hunger to learn more and stay nothing to do all the times, that's poor for staff under their department.

    A well rounded experience (good and bad).
    The good thingsI've enjoyed my time working in BONIA as my field of work within the Department involved a great amount of multitasking. During my time working for the company. I have learnt a lot from my team and have worked well with them in a number of projects. The team atmosphere at our side of department will surely be missed as everyone got along with each other.
    The challengesYou would need to have thick skin working in the company as other departments are not as easy to work with when it comes to coming together on projects. The communication channels between cross-departments is extremely low and many people from other departments are too complacent with what they're doing which makes working together with them even harder. Lastly, there is no solid direction or Business Model provided by the Higher Management. Myself and my team included would often get blamed by the Higher Management for being perceived by them as "slow" or "weak" when they have not given us the proper means to do so.

    The good thingsMy employer did a great job in leading me by showing a good example, guidelines and they shared a lot of tips, goals, objective and what things should be done in order to achieve the standards have been set up. Met a lot of customers with varieties of preferences and choices. It makes me to be more aware with people's approach style because different customers need different styles of approach.
    The challengesThe salary should be increase than before as now the cost of living keeps increasing. As an employer, they should take care of their workers too instead only focus on how to win customer's heart. The pillars of every organization is it structure of organization. If the workers or employees are happy with their work environment and they will performing well, it will definitely lead to increasing performance of the organization or the firms.

    The challengesMy position as a merchandiser so I will from the sample bag not yet produce until selling to market like chase supplier pass out the sample , calculation the costing , arrange on exhibition for over sea buyer to take over , arrange prompt delivery, order accessories and material and allocate new stock to counter and boutique , other then that I also learn a lot thing is out of my position example like shooting and edit picture even just a simple touch up, ticketing and repeat order for counter, display counter and do market server from promoter , stock take for warehouse.

    The good thingsi'm having a good employer and a great subordinate which is they teach me about the marketing strategies, how to embrace our customer and how to handle a hard situation that is too many customer in one time and too much demand from our customers. the employer are too friendly with me that makes me very comfortable to work there.
    The challengesthe challenges that i face in this company is when i was unable to entertain my customer for the first month job. i don't know about their needs until my subordinate teach me how to entertain them and come out with a great result.

    The good thingsDon't have to work OT most of the time.
    The challengesLousy system, don't invest to upgrade computer or people. Using 1990's style of working. Very china man management style, have to punch in and out everyday. Limited increment yearly, around 5% increment, no promotion unless work more than 5 years.
