Good company with great potential...The good things- The Management team has "evolved" from the previous. A good mix of Management team with the newer ones bringing in new changes and professionaism.
- Friendly and wonderful colleagues.
- Financially strong company. Rewarded the enployees with increment and bonus even after the 2 years impact from the pandemic.
- HR and Finance seems to work well together. Not like in many other companies.
The challenges- Some from the Management team needs to manage their own pride and stop talking about the past. But most of the Management team are good.
