    Warning: Toxic Culture
The good thingsNone. Must be between 20 characters
The challengesManagement: Beyond toxic. The leadership style is based on intimidation and micromanagement rather than actual healthcare standards or professional respect. No Respect for Culture: This company showed zero regard for religious. The "Leave" Trap: Annual leave is a right you are never allowed to use. Requests are either ignored or rejected without valid reasons. Environment: The atmosphere is heavy and negative. You are treated as a replaceable number rather than a professional.

    Please do not work here
The good thingsNothing except visitation to MO is covered by company.
The challenges• Hostility Identified: The environment is marked by antagonistic behavior and lack of collegiality. • Rudeness Observed: Staff interactions frequently display disrespectful or abrasive characteristics. • Impact on Well‑Being: Such conditions are detrimental to mental health, morale, and overall job satisfaction. • Conclusion: This workplace cannot be considered healthy or conducive to professional growth. Remaining in such an environment poses risks to both personal well‑being and organizational integrity.

A lot of negativity and bad experiences
The good thingsTo be honest, I learnt quite a bit.
The challengesIts a very negative company. Salaries can be held just because the staff cannot deliver on time. Just because of too many MCs during my probation, I became a ODS

Think twice before accept the offer letter from this company
The good thingsWonderful colleague and Doctor.
The challengesNo work life balance, you need to sell yourself to company and work everyday. Then, the management wont seen your contribution and scarification, they tends to like do more micro management things and don't approve the MC and AL even follow the Leave Application SOP. The KPI except the Sales is your leave pattern. So think twice before accept the offer from this company.

Bad Management. Loves to push responsibility to other people
The good thingsThe colleagues are nice, other than that nothing else. Get to work everyday with no break.
The challengesDon't even bother about using leave, your leave will definitely be rejected. Management hate people taking leave. Top management like to push responsibility to others. You will have to do a lot of job out of your jobscope. Be prepared.

    Experience wise, very good
The good thingsA great place to gain experience. Can do multiple jobs that are not in your scope. Get bonuses based on your performance..
The challengesFast moving work pace, pressure from higher management. Management is very terrible. Do not work here if you can't handle pressure. Could improve by giving workshop or courses. Will bother you outside office hours. but hey, it's in the contract.
