    Warning: Toxic Culture
The good thingsNone. Must be between 20 characters
The challengesManagement: Beyond toxic. The leadership style is based on intimidation and micromanagement rather than actual healthcare standards or professional respect. No Respect for Culture: This company showed zero regard for religious. The "Leave" Trap: Annual leave is a right you are never allowed to use. Requests are either ignored or rejected without valid reasons. Environment: The atmosphere is heavy and negative. You are treated as a replaceable number rather than a professional.

    Nothing is good, that’s all.
The good thingsColleague is good, but assistant manager kinda weird and lazy
The challengesNothing is good, aggressive and poor management Lower salary than the other companies of being medical lab technologist, frequent underpaid, OT allowance not given (they said this policy is not proposed in BP), overloaded work which is not compatible with salary. No bonus, don’t know why even don’t have OT policy here. Lab results also inaccurate & inconsistency due to many internal issue happen (don’t want to mention) Not advisable to work long in this company as everything is not improvised even we suggest anything in the satisfaction survey =(

    Please do not work here
The good thingsNothing except visitation to MO is covered by company.
The challenges• Hostility Identified: The environment is marked by antagonistic behavior and lack of collegiality. • Rudeness Observed: Staff interactions frequently display disrespectful or abrasive characteristics. • Impact on Well‑Being: Such conditions are detrimental to mental health, morale, and overall job satisfaction. • Conclusion: This workplace cannot be considered healthy or conducive to professional growth. Remaining in such an environment poses risks to both personal well‑being and organizational integrity.

A lot of negativity and bad experiences

A perfect training ground, not suited for the weak-minded or soft-hearted. If you're tough, expect to become even tougher.
The good thingsThe company offers ample opportunities for personal and professional growth, which often involves long working hours. The work environment can be challenging, as feedback and emails from the owner can be quite direct. However, I don't regret being a part of this team, as it has been an excellent training ground for developing resilience and toughness.
The challengesWorking on weekends and public holidays can be challenging, especially for those with family commitments.

    Good for fresh graduates
The good thingsGood for fresh graduates, can learn quite a lot of things and always need to multitask which I feel quite good in order to be competent in every task. Can be exposed to out of job scope tasks, so there are quite a lot of exposure you can gain which will be helpful in future career growth. A bit stressful but its really good to sharpen your skills.
The challengesPoor management. Annual leaves are just there for SOP purpose. As for working enviroment part, it really depends on which department/area you working in. Some departments that I worked with really had good collegues, seniors who willing to guide and the environment was healthy eventhough stressful, whereas some department had really toxic enviroment and almost went into depression. it really depends on people working there and how they chose to work with other people. so choose wisely before joining anywhere.

The good thingsAs a fresh grad, it is a good place to gain experience. As an MLT, you are eligible to claim for OT.
The challengesThere's a high sample load need to process at a certain time. Thus, working around the clock is expected.

Think twice before accept the offer letter from this company
The good thingsWonderful colleague and Doctor.
The challengesNo work life balance, you need to sell yourself to company and work everyday. Then, the management wont seen your contribution and scarification, they tends to like do more micro management things and don't approve the MC and AL even follow the Leave Application SOP. The KPI except the Sales is your leave pattern. So think twice before accept the offer from this company.
