Good for fresh graduatesThe good thingsGood for fresh graduates, can learn quite a lot of things and always need to multitask which I feel quite good in order to be competent in every task. Can be exposed to out of job scope tasks, so there are quite a lot of exposure you can gain which will be helpful in future career growth. A bit stressful but its really good to sharpen your skills.
The challengesPoor management. Annual leaves are just there for SOP purpose. As for working enviroment part, it really depends on which department/area you working in. Some departments that I worked with really had good collegues, seniors who willing to guide and the environment was healthy eventhough stressful,whereas some department had really toxic enviroment and almost went into depression. it really depends on people working there and how they chose to work with other people. so choose wisely before joining anywhere.
