    Nothing is good, that’s all.
The good thingsColleague is good, but assistant manager kinda weird and lazy
The challengesNothing is good, aggressive and poor management Lower salary than the other companies of being medical lab technologist, frequent underpaid, OT allowance not given (they said this policy is not proposed in BP), overloaded work which is not compatible with salary. No bonus, don’t know why even don’t have OT policy here. Lab results also inaccurate & inconsistency due to many internal issue happen (don’t want to mention) Not advisable to work long in this company as everything is not improvised even we suggest anything in the satisfaction survey =(

Not for those with a conscience
The good thingsPlenty of opportunities and experience to gain from the steep learning curve. Colleagues are wonderful and efficient.
The challengesPoor staff welfare hence the very high staff turnover. Performance is judged based on number of leaves taken rather than output. Staff pay and increment are not standardised. Management gives instructions behind experts' backs and shifts the blame when complications happen. Cuts corners and prioritizes profit over quality.

    Unforgettable working experience
The good thingsI learn and know medical term that I never use and heard before working there. It's such an interesting lesson for me to having know that and can used it in daily life. Other than that it's a place where you can share and enjoy mostly because of the working environment which is having a lot of nice friends there.hihi
The challengesActually its depend on department that we being place. As for me, my job required me to deal with customers. Getting scolded and cursed by customers is normal. But as a professional we have to take it as challenge and deal it with calm and tolerant.

    Nothing to shout of
    The good thingsGood teamwork
The challengesIf only the employer can be more concern about employee's welfare and not too focus on sales...healthcare should be about patients' benefit and not about profits...employee should reward their doctors for their contributions and not blaming them for not achieving target sales. should not take their staff for granted. Be more sincere in their actions and sayings...
