Very not reccommended. Sweet promises. Low salary. Low allowances. Micro management. The top management doesn't care about employees. All employess EPF not contributed for the past 3 months and 4 months.

Family business; managed by family members.
The good thingsOffice situated near to local amenities (bank, clinic, restaurant, mosque etc.).
The challengesImproper top management decisions. It's a family business and family comes first (not staff). Poor communication among top management & staff. Less benefit. Don't expect for salary increment and bonus.

Good place to find experience in a short time.
The good thingsVery helpful and friendly colleagues. Easy to apply leaves and flexible working time. Good in learning how to manage sub-contractors. Lots of traveling to those like to travel.
The challengesLow starting salary and chance for increment is ridiculously hard. Salary might be the same for years. No overtime payment given even though working at public holidays (if required), just working hours replacement added to annually leaves. No family days, no annually staff program.
