    Family business; managed by family members.
    The good thingsOffice situated near to local amenities (bank, clinic, restaurant, mosque etc.).
    The challengesImproper top management decisions. It's a family business and family comes first (not staff). Poor communication among top management & staff. Less benefit. Don't expect for salary increment and bonus.
