    Good for fresh grad to gain experience
    The good things- Training is provided - Good and friendly colleague - Good place to gain experience for a fresh grad - Comfortable working environment
    The challenges- Low salary - Fast paced working environment. Everything was urgent. - No career development. - Bad management. Rarely listens to what the employees had to say. It is also hard to deal with the pnc.

    The good thingsLearn a lot of new things and explore more. friendly colleagues and staffs. Nice factory environment, far from busy road and sound pollution
    The challengesThe allowance provide is not worth with the overwork to do. Rushing break to continue over workload to be done before office hour. Bad teamwork and communication from supervisor and team member. Forced to overtime and hard push to settle work immediately but at the same time we have our task to be done. I enjoyed working but at the same time i felt regret and disappointed with some people attitude that like to talk behind us and sarcasm
