    No coherence in the management
    The good thingsThe department head was very considerate, colleagues are friendly and easy to get along with. Starting salary was considered above average for a fresh graduate.
    The challengesManagement was a mess, lack of communication between all the staff in managerial roles. My direct superior was clueless all the time. The guidance and mentorship was minimal and no training incentive for employees.
