    The good thingsHave more time with my family, working hours is flexible. This company already started since 2003 till now almost 17 years only need to improve is to create a system (Training, Developing, Coaching) to help company growth.
    The challengesDue to the company does not have a good system and training for all employees including HQ staffs to guide, and need to spend more time to develop SOP and Policy to help company. And most of outlets staff including person in-charge still does not have clear picture, goal and objective to help company growth.

    Bread histroy is the best ever company i had work before
    The good thingsI learnt how to handle difficult customers Therefore the environment of the company make me felt sad to leave because i had ti further study in Politeknik Ungku Omar . I had been felt going to anual dinner of the company The company also provided time for muslim 's people to perform Solat. The company also give some allowance to all their workers during Tahun Baru Cina Take a good care of their workers when they felt sivk
    The challengesI had been scolded by one customers cause a broken of her cake Some of the customers cannot speaking in malay or english . So it is so diffuclt for me to communicate with them.
