With creativity, dedication and hard work, founder - Simon Auyong broke-through the conventional concept of confectionery and pastry in Northern Malaysia, successfully created the first modern bakery serving sweet buns with an open bakery in Northern Malaysia, at Prangin Mall, Georgetown.To date, we have expanded to 20 Bread History bakeries & cafes, 1 online shop and 1 European bread bakery named Savour Bakery (Gurney Plaza),running under 1 headquarter kitchen; with up to 300 employees baking andserving more than 100 types of buns, bread loaves, dry cakes and cakes daily,while custom-making different cake designs for all kinds of celebrations.
