    I have enjoyed serving Bright Steel Sdn Bhd due to having balance between personal life and career.
    The good thingsManagement had given us the privilege to set the department KPI and we work through to achieve it within provided resources. Everybody in the team knows our authority limit. We are required to seek management approval when involving additional cost, introduction of new customers and new products.
    The challengesWe have planned plenty of new innovation for the organization to sustain and also improve to be ahead of our competitor. Unfortunately, we have very limited budget to carry out new innovative being planned. We have shared with the management about future thread we may encounter if we failed to improve work efficiency and reduce defective rate.
