What’s it like working at Brighton International School?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Employees appreciate the friendly teachers and supportive atmosphere at Brighton International School, along with the provision of free meals. The school is seen as a good place to gain teaching experience, particularly for those new to the profession, and teachers find the students manageable, contributing to a positive teaching environment.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as occasional miscommunication with management and last-minute changes to systems. Career growth opportunities may be limited due to a lack of guidance and support, and some staff feel that salaries and benefits could be improved. Additionally, the small school compound can feel cramped with the growing number of students and limited open-air spaces.

    Limited Career Growth Support
The good thingsThey offer free meals and the staffs are friendly, it's a nice school to get teaching experience especially if you've never had any before.
The challengesThe school compound is quite small, so it can feel a bit cramped with the growing number of students, especially since there aren’t many open-air spaces. Career growth opportunities also seem a bit limited due to the lack of guidance and support from management. There’s also some inconsistency when it comes to staff professionalism and English communication skills, which can sometimes affect the working environment.
