    The good thingsA good place where we can grow career development with a good package and benefits provided by the company. the salary is average, but the bonus and increment are great if you really give good performances.

    New management direction is taking 10 steps back from progression!
    The good thingsGood thing about the organisation is the unity of working force. At least there are some departments would have a proper work life balance
    The challengesProcesses are too many and complicated. Nothing works in a simple or straightforward way. Previous leadership at least admits that and would listen to suggestions to improve the way we work. Current management team purely just mandate down their way of working which makes life difficult for everyone

    The good thingsFlexible Strong management with clear direction All people in this organization Average benefit Excellent location. Accessible by train (kerinchi station) and decent quarterly parking fee. The organization treat every one like family.
    The challengesCurrently going through transformation. Changes too dynamic The legacy and rigid system and processes Incompetent of IT to provide IT support and IT solutions. Unclear career path. This pending the new replacement of career framework. I'm anticipating what new career framework can bring.

    Great opportunities, flat structure, open door policy & flexibility
    The good things- Great working environment at excellent location. Accessible by LRT (Kerinchi station). - Best management that really practices open door policy - Good benefits (21 days Annual Leaves, 16 weeks of maternity, Annual Dinner, Team building) - Lots of opportunities (career progression, role movement) - No racism, discrimination and bias. All about the performance and integrity of an individual. - Gender & Race diversity - Transparency
    The challenges- Rigid processes. company going through transformation currently. - Too many changes in organisation though it is well managed. - No proper system. Silo system.

    It was the best experience I had while working in an MNC company.
    The good thingsThe working period is flexible and suitable for my needs. The people here are very helpful and friendly, it was an enjoyable experience. Work life balance is very good especially for colleagues with family.
    The challengesAs normal with big MNC, the process tends to be a bit tedious, not as simple as it can be.

    No Work Life Balance, Director in CDSS changing like 3 people in 2 years
    The good thingsFlexibility. Sometimes can work from home, and coming slightly late, but do inform manager if I would come late. Office environment is in Bangsar South, which makes a very nice environment. Less traffic jammed.
    The challengesPeople management is really bad. They promote people really fast although that the candidate is not ready enough. No work life balance. From Jan 2017, I am working almost more than 12 hours a day, at least 2x a weeks. My current contract is the tough one. Hectic working environment, yet don't receive any acknowledgement. Increments? Less than 5% a year!
