    Dynamic experience!!
The good thingsWhat I enjoyed most about working at Britishindia was the sense of teamwork and collaboration. The company fosters a supportive environment where everyone works together to achieve common goals, making it easy to feel like a valued part of the team. Additionally, the opportunities for personal and professional growth were abundant, and I appreciated being able to develop new skills while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced industry. The inclusive culture and recognition of hard work were also standout aspects that made the experience both rewarding and motivating
The challengesBalancing the need for innovation with maintaining profitability Toilet toooooo far from my desk because the office is so big.

Overall, BritishIndia is a great place to work. i love the shuttle MRT service the best
The good thingsWorking at BritishIndia really nice experience. It’s like a big family there, everyone care for each other. The CEO is very humble, always talk to everyone, even the junior staff. You don’t feel scared to approach her, which is rare in companies. And the shuttle van service from MRT Kota Damansara to the office is a big plus. One thing I really appreciate is how they look after their employees. When I got sick and used up my medical leave, the CEO found out and actually helped pay my hospital bills. That really touched my heart, you know? Not many companies do this kind of thing. Also, my boss was super understanding. When I had to focus on my health, she offered me part-time work with flexible hours. I felt so grateful, but I had to turn it down because my health was a priority. I don’t own a car, so it made my daily commute so much easier.
The challengesThe work can be quite demanding, and you need to think fast and adapt quickly. Sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming

STRESSFUL, However it does pay off. i have to say, ladyboss really cares for us even she is hard on us. its the colleagues that like to mis guide her sometimes
The good thingsBoss is very Strick, however is tough, there is many opportunity to learn and top management is really willing to teach and guide. Office is big and spacest, FREE parking space.
The challengesThere are some old timers that will obviously claim their rights here, however top management does help to make sure everyone is fairly treated. It is really pressure during festive time. I have a really stressful time to catch up, because everything is rushing. However i did learn many many things the hard way.

    Great working experience
The good thingsWork life balance. Although the work of the accounts department should be stressful, there are no tight deadlines since most of the transactions are from abroad. salary paid on time. Smart managers organize work for team members. division of tasks leads to systematic work. used to have extra experience in overseas account.
The challengesthe office is so big. toilet so far. but is a very good place to work.

    Overall experience was OK
The good thingsCreative freedom, experienced designers, like-minded helpful colleagues & good learning foundation-job.
The challengesIn this position you will be pulled away constantly to work on other jobs- must multi-task and juggle, no hope of increment, challenging upper management, no proper business planning in prep for the MCO, toxic environment is not pleasant to work for.

    Stress.
The good thingsEasy come, easy go.
The challengesNormal staff had to do supervisor / manager duties. i knew it's good for the employee to learn, but we didn't get paid for that matter. Besides, the management will always blaming the staff for non precise supervisor / manager duties done. I hope they will hire a right person to improves and be able to carry out their tasks. Off day staff will be contacted by management regarding work! Management communication towards staff are low and not clear. They assume the staff can read their mind and doing exact like what they think. Management always shouting to staff when they couldn't understand what they said.

    My experience here
The good things- Love my colleagues here; they were the only reason why I stayed for as long as I did. - Work is not too bad too, customers are also not bad.
The challenges- Not recommended to work here if you are a team player as sales are based on personal sales. - Management micromanages every single employee. Not open to discussions and suggestions for rooms for improvement are not taken. Employees are expected to just take orders. - Salary doesn't commensurate the work done.

Work is okay, but only stress with superior
The good thingsGreat opportunity to learn new things and nice colleagues. Maybe you have to find yourself to solve the problem, but there will make you more creative in doing your jobs.
The challengesPeople put blame on you to escape. This is happen not only between colleagues, but also senior and manager. For some dept, you have to do more than your job scope, but there no increment/promotion you will get. You do the job, but other people get credits. If you're the type that always go home early, this is not your place.

    Unhealthy Work Environment
The good thingsThe office layout, architecture and deco was unique and nice. Big pantry and fairly well equipped. Free parking.
The challengesThe bosses did not hesitate to reprimand staff in front of everyone. Wasted a lot of time scolding the staff when a lot of work could have been done during that time. Salary review was poor and bosses' expectations were too high. A lot of projects undertaken ended up not being implemented as told later on that there weren't sufficient budget for the implementation.
