Overall, BritishIndia is a great place to work. i love the shuttle MRT service the best
The good thingsWorking at BritishIndia really nice experience. It’s like a big family there, everyone care for each other. The CEO is very humble, always talk to everyone, even the junior staff. You don’t feel scared to approach her, which is rare in companies. And the shuttle van service from MRT Kota Damansara to the office is a big plus. One thing I really appreciate is how they look after their employees. When I got sick and used up my medical leave, the CEO found out and actually helped pay my hospital bills. That really touched my heart, you know? Not many companies do this kind of thing. Also, my boss was super understanding. When I had to focus on my health, she offered me part-time work with flexible hours. I felt so grateful, but I had to turn it down because my health was a priority. I don’t own a car, so it made my daily commute so much easier.
The challengesThe work can be quite demanding, and you need to think fast and adapt quickly. Sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming

STRESSFUL, However it does pay off. i have to say, ladyboss really cares for us even she is hard on us. its the colleagues that like to mis guide her sometimes
The good thingsBoss is very Strick, however is tough, there is many opportunity to learn and top management is really willing to teach and guide. Office is big and spacest, FREE parking space.
The challengesThere are some old timers that will obviously claim their rights here, however top management does help to make sure everyone is fairly treated. It is really pressure during festive time. I have a really stressful time to catch up, because everything is rushing. However i did learn many many things the hard way.
