    BUCG (M) entered the Malaysian Construction Industry in 2008, in the 17 years we built our influence and reputation on quality and speed of construction.The projects undertaken by BUCG have developed from the original single project to the construction management of multiple projects. The types of projects cover the business scope of super high-rise residences, university campuses, shopping malls, and five-star international hotels. Total amount of Construction Contracts undertaken by us have exceeded RM 2.5 billion with a total construction area exceeding 522,000 m2. A total of 17 projects have been undertaken, 12 projects have been delivered, and 5 projects are still under construction.

    Best and Worst Experience in One Place
    The good thingsThe local staff majority very helpful and easy to mix with, like one big family. Some foreign staff are friendly too and able to adapt to Malaysia culture.
    The challengesThe workload. The foreign staff expect you to be "yes man". Would appreciate if they can identify the actual scope of the staff and allocate the right work scope rather then simply assign work that is not within their scope. Benefit of the company is not on par. salary is just average market and they thought they already give higher than market rate. Company do not appreciate staff hard work. Some staff like to create toxic environment and bad mouth over other staff. High turn over rate.

    The good thingsCan learn from Pre Contract until post contract. This is a good platform for the quantity survey to grow.
