    The good thingsAlmost Nothing apart from some good colleagues
    The challengesEvery management, very poor management, higher ups will use their position and power to make job as dificult as ever. the owner have 0 respect and will shout as loud at you over simple things, and meetings are used as vantage point for them to belittle their staff. Wage is low and not worth it.
