    Good place to learn and gain experience, but career growth and recognition can be very slow.
    The good thingsI gained valuable technical and safety experience, worked on a variety of projects, and developed skills that helped me qualify for my Yellow Book and complete my degree.
    The challengesRecognition for long service was lacking, and it can take many extra years to get promotions, rewards, increments, or bonuses. Workload was often very heavy, with some physically demanding tasks that even caused injury. Workplace manners and communication could also be challenging at times.

    Mostly doing maintenance, nothing special I guess.
    The good thingsFriendly staffs, pretty basic working hours. Workshop is quite clean. Most equipment and machines are all working and complete.
    The challengesNot much places for me to have lunch and break due to its location. Workshop is a bit small in my opinion.
