    Working in a company without proper SOPs or structured work processes can be a frustrating experience. The lack of clear guidelines often leads to confusion, inefficiencies, and mistakes. Employees struggle to understand their roles, resulting in inconsistent outcomes and delays..In short, a disorganized workplace without proper SOPs negatively impacts both employees and the company.
    The good thingsi think dont have a good things because that compny culture many have manipulative or Threatening Behavior.Uses subtle threats, such as implying that employees are replaceable and Manipulates employees to maintain control over them.
    The challenges1. Poor Decision-Making • Inconsistent processes lead to inconsistent outcomes and poor decision-making. • Employees lack the framework to make informed and timely decisions.

    The good thingsEmployees give 200%. They strive to be the best and to deliver top-quality products and services. They take responsibility for their actions and decisions.
    The challengesI'm the first Graphic Designer at that time. So I have no any reference for how the concept of design for that company. That was the challenge that I face and I very love it.
