In summary, for those who thrive in challenging scenarios, CSYap Metalparts presents an unparalleled opportunity for growth and personal development.
The good thingsCSYap Metalparts is one of the leading forces in the metal fabrication industry in Malaysia. This company's culture is guided by five core values: Unity, Grit, Excellence, Agility, and Accountability, with Unity serving as the ultimate objective. The company is evolving towards a systemic and performance-oriented culture, where management embraced an open and approachable leadership style and granted staff a high level of autonomy for continuous improvement. One of the standout features of CSYap Metalparts is its investment in cutting-edge machinery. With a wide array of machines offering various functionalities, our production site serves as a “playground” for engineers, offering ample opportunities to study different ideas and apply engineering theory into real-word challenges. Moreover, CSYap Metalparts is not confined to a single business segment; rather, it has diversified into various industries including semiconductors, HVAC, and steel furniture. The challengesGiven the nature of the metal fabrication field, speed and delivery are vital and this often leads to high-pressure situations where employees are required to meet tight delivery deadlines and coping with stress.

Overall a great opportunity for a change management organization with clear strategy toward future.
The good things1. Management taking steps for change in good ways that bring growth to both employees and company. 2. Great investment in Automation and latest manufacturing processes for people to have simpler work life balance. 3. Mixture of Experience Mid Management and Young Passionate Talent in technical help company to grow tremendously for the past 3 years. Yes, still with some common internal conflict between young n old employees approach toward work, but Management are using facts ways approach for problems solving and root cause analysis. 4. Continuous training provided, both technical and soft skills leadership training to ensure a healthy corporate culture being develop.
The challenges1. Still with some mid management n front window contact person having the ego that using old ways toward work or new bloods, which totally against Top Management that strike to build a healthy organization culture.

The good thingsGood people around, willing to guide if you wish to learn
The challenges- Worst management - treated unfairly by the management - unprofessional HR - poor leadership - great work isn’t recognized - high turnover - staff welfare ignored - too many bosses with traditional mindset - no career development opportunities - undervalued

The good thingsAlmost flat top and bottom hierarchy. Most of the workers here is young and helpful. Management is investing a lot of money in machinery. ISO 9001 and ISO14001 certified company. Working 5 days only, and can apply OT to complete tasks given on time. Can learn a lot of things / operation here, as basically it cover all the metal fabrication processes. A lot of customer from different industries.
The challengesMultitasking. Management team support is needed to tackle technical issues / difficulties.
