    Fun and interesting.
    The good thingsThe people in the company was very open minded where you can express yourself. Any kind of suggestions and ideas were very welcomed. I've learned some much from the company. Exposed to different kinds of web technology, web design trends. Making me want to contribute more in the fields of web development especially web design.
    The challengesLearning new things could be stressful, and that's one of the toughest challenges that I faced when I worked there. Finding what's best to fit in a product also was a challenging task to perform. Like what kind of framework to use to build a specific website with a specific purpose.

    Awesome environment with flexible working hours.
    The good thingsThe best working environment ever for me. Open space with a lot of laughter; but can be a serious one when needed. Flexible working hour hence a very good work life balance. Everyone here are about the same age and that's a very good sign.
    The challengesLess benefit but it's getting there. Once a startup company and now playing with the big boys, soon we will get them perks.
