    Poor management leads to zero work/life balance.

    The challengesPoor management, planning and monitoring lead everything into chaos. Poor management can be seen during first day during orientation week, always changing places, no proper training available. Management totally lost control its more culture things, rules are not followed lots of supervisory level. No proper training for new employee. need to ask senior staff to teach us. Zero worklife balance, stress environment, work start in morning and sometimes need to work until late hours, we have families, not to mention had to come to work on offday. i am glad that i'm already resign from here
