    Unclear management and direction
    The good thingsThe only positive aspect is that colleagues are generally kind and helpful.
    The challengesTop management is very inconsistent and tends to micromanage. Instructions can change from one day to the next, often without clear reasons, and there are no proper SOPs to rely on. Many decisions feel driven by personal preference rather than clear processes, and employees’ efforts are rarely recognised, which gradually leads to frustration and low morale.
