    Not a healthy working environment.
    The good thingsThe staff benefits are moderate. The colleagues are great and helpful.
    The challengesOverload with unnecessary tasks like kaizen. The HOD is not supportive as a leader and unable to lead the team.

    The challengesThe challenges that I go through when there is a slight mistake was made from other team. But the mistake was solvable, till I could not think of when was a day of me working there was challenging.

    Good career starter but cannot stay long.
    The good thingsvery good for fresh graduates to learn and get experience in their career. you will learn kaizen, having pieces of training to improve your skills and support from each other. the working environment also good (canteen, clinics and etc)
    The challengescan't develop your career path. too many executives and chances to promote very low. the increment was not so good. certain people feel stressed when working here because they need to adapt to the strict attendance policy and also kaizen preparation.

By able to achieve both individual and company's vision and mission, surely the best rewards may come back to the staffs welfare. For e.g. annual bonus and incentive trip for achieves.
    The challengesYou must be able to cope with short change comes from the top management. This happens due to company need to adjust their position on the uncertain market and economic condition. However, please take the challenge as you will become stronger and grow by learning something new.

    The good thingsThe good discipline in the management system that they run is very good,the benefits are good even the salary is average. The basic benefits that they give is: Medical Card,Eye Checkup plus Dental, Millage Claim(if travels for work propose), Staff Price Electronics,Family Medical Benefits,Team Building Activities, Social Programs,Dinner Between Departments,Big Annual Dinner,Sports Activities,5 Days Working and Annual Bonuses. maybe i have miss out something there is more maybe.
    The challengesThe challenges in this company is you always need to upgrade yourself because Canon is mainly about devices it dosent matter what product that your working or service for you need to know all of them because electronics upgrade very fast. so to whom not always not update them self its going to be a tough journey.Canon also very punctual on their timing every employee must follow their timing well because we are dealing with costumers, for who delay work came work late will have difficulties.
