Good career starter but cannot stay long. The good thingsvery good for fresh graduates to learn and get experience in their career. you will learn kaizen, having pieces of training to improve your skills and support from each other. the working environment also good (canteen, clinics and etc)
The challengescan't develop your career path. too many executives and chances to promote very low. the increment was not so good. certain people feel stressed when working here because they need to adapt to the strict attendance policy and also kaizen preparation.
