    Developed and improved my multitask ability.
    The good thingsThe company did give every employee a chance to show what they can do or their talent on each task. The employee openly has the right to voice their opinion to improve self-performance, company administration and management. Task distribution is fair regarding employee ability and capability. Promotion to a higher position is unnecessary, everyone is on the same level, teamwork and cooperation is an undeniably major factor for the company to success.
    The challengesWorking among mentality patients, we had to face different and various behavioural problems. Potential to a higher salary is slow, employee loyalty to the company doesn't count, even experienced. Working permit for outside of the state not provided. Unnecessary rule over employee leading to low motivation on performing a task.
