Family like environment but resistance to change for betterment.
The good thingsThe HR played an excellent role in creating a harmonious environment and well treated like family members befitting it's founder motto "A home away from home". Lots of staff birthday celebration and social activities.
The challenges1) Fire fighting all the time in resolving quality issues due to lack of technical know how among its senior managers and bosses.
2) The senior managers can lecture his subordinates for hours but couldn't provide effective solution thus the problem dragged with no end.
3) The boss refused to accept good solution from his staff that challenged status quo but expect us to follow without question. Just like Albert Einstein quoted "Repeating the same acts again and again but yet expecting a different result is called Insanity".

Good environment for fresh graduate
The good thingsThe work environment are very good and suitable for fresh graduate to learn and gain experience. Most of the staff are friendly.
The challengesThe salary offer quiet low even few year work experience at the company. The decision making from top management will be hard as too many HOD which confuse people don't know who instruction should be follow
