The challengesWork hard & play hard. To appreciated employees, management scheduled a lot of outdoor activities every quarter. It is good to bring a good working spirit and team work among employees. However, to save budget, management preferred the employee manage the outdoor activities them self instead of inviting consultant services. Therefore, sometimes, put an extra burden on employees shoulder.
