    Company on a decline management wise
    The good thingsYou get average than industry perks. As its an operating people they expect hirees are competent to deliver the job hence why you are paid well.
    The challengesHowever, its not an organization where one is expected to grow. As the asset is maturing no news on renewal of contract and the room to grow career wise is small as most of the senior position will ve there till retirement or unless they quit. Some department has its little napoleons and want things to be done their way or the high ways. Its evidence a lot of people quit not because they are incompetent but because of the bosses yet managent is not addressing the root cause.

    The good thingsThe environment and the dynamic of the workplace is very suitable for people to develop their skills. The employees are really nice and helpful towards each other and they are quite positive about finding a solution to their problems.
    The challengesI find it difficult to adapt to the amount of task given which is very overwhelming especially if you're new to the industry. It has a substantial amount of workload which doesn't really give us much space to think carefully.

    The good thingsMy IT manager is really good and sometimes he treat all his employees free food for good achievement. Good project to be handle and also everyone treat people nicely here. Frequent free outdoor activities during weekend organized.

    The good thingsThe environment is comfortable with a pantry equipped with coffee machines and other necessary beverage and biskut. Company location is strategic where there is a LRT station (KLCC station) near the company, this is convenient for employee without a vehicle, also using public transport is a good way to avoid jamming on road.

    The good thingsA great departmental team work with all level, from top managers level to lowest working level - non executives. Managerial level are very experienced and able to guide the employee perfectly. The company also allowed the employee to explore and attend training & development programs on their own choice, therefore really helpful in a career development.
    The challengesWork hard & play hard. To appreciated employees, management scheduled a lot of outdoor activities every quarter. It is good to bring a good working spirit and team work among employees. However, to save budget, management preferred the employee manage the outdoor activities them self instead of inviting consultant services. Therefore, sometimes, put an extra burden on employees shoulder.
