    We are a joint-venture company between PC JDA Ltd. and Hess Oil Company of Thailand Ltd. Co., engaged in gas production in Block A-18 of the Joint Development Area administered by the Malaysian-Thailand Joint Authority (MTJA). The block is located approximately 150 km NE of Kota Bharu in approximately 60m of water.The facilities include central gas processing facilities at Cakerawala Production platform, a riser platform, a bridge-linked wellhead platform and a number of remote wellhead platforms (WHPs).Carigali Hess is in the final stage to install a BOOSTER COMPRESSION PLATFORM, to be bridge-linked to existing central processing facilities to help improve gas reserve recovery for sustainable gas production, and is expected to be ready to operate in 2016.Our long term projection sees a place for talented individuals committed to growth and development in asecure environment.     Company on a decline management wise
    The good thingsYou get average than industry perks. As its an operating people they expect hirees are competent to deliver the job hence why you are paid well.
    The challengesHowever, its not an organization where one is expected to grow. As the asset is maturing no news on renewal of contract and the room to grow career wise is small as most of the senior position will ve there till retirement or unless they quit. Some department has its little napoleons and want things to be done their way or the high ways. Its evidence a lot of people quit not because they are incompetent but because of the bosses yet managent is not addressing the root cause.
